I will be jumping back in behind the stove at Bangor shed in Dunalley to cook a 6 course meal using recipes from my seafood book I am working on (the book will be at the printers by the time of the dinner!).
I can’t confirm the menu as we will be sourcing the best and freshest Tasman Peninsula produce on the day but it will be seafood, and there will be oysters, octopus, and I have had the Mussels in Dill curry recipe that i recently posted a photo of on instagram requested!
I am really looking forward to this dinner the shed is the most beautiful building in a great location and looks just stunning at night!
There is a taxi service on the Tasman Peninsula so if you are coming from Hobart why not consider staying the night or weekend and visit Port Arthur or do a Tasman Island cruise while you are here?
