‘Packed’ is a book of recipes Eloise is enjoying creating for meals on-the-go while she is running her children to school and after school activities 6 or even 7 days a week. Just Because the meal is eaten out of a container in the carpark does not mean it has to be unhealthy or tasteless, not just for children’s lunch boxes it is Café level delicious food on the go.
‘Celebrate’ is a book of recipes and a sharing my wealth of knowledge of over 20 years professional experience for catering for all sorts of events at home, including Christmas lunch, children’s birthday parties, fancy dinner parties, casual BBQS and more. To help make catering for events stress free and fun!

Holiday accommodation/restaurant/hotel styling and photography
I will collect local food and drinks and props to style your accommodation to photograph so the photos have a warm and welcoming feel to increase your bookings! I own and operate my own 4 luxury accommodation chalets and Event space and I have over 25 years in hospitality experience. Great photos are essential and they wont take long with the increase in bookings to pay for themselves. If you are starting a business or thinking about starting a business I can assist and advise on all hospitality operations, websites, loading rooms onto booking partners such as Air BNB, channel managers to control bookings through multiple sites, social media, photography. Food award judging
I was the Chief Judge of the Hobart Fine food awards for 2 years and I am the Seafood judge at the Hobart Fine Food awards. This is my second year as an associate judge for the Australian International Olive Awards. I enjoy judging food at large and small awards, events and festivals. (read more here)
