Breakfast and Book signing at the Bream Creek Farmers Market

I will be cooking breakfast  pop up cafe style all day, come along and have breakfast a excellent coffee by Barista Sista or some divine pastries by Made at Marion.

On the menu there will be my extremely popular Salmon rashers, french toast and maple syrup (recipe from Seafood Everyday) honey, apple and cinnamon porridge, home made fruit toast topped with ricotta, cinnamon and sliced apple and  home made baked beans with local sausages and eggs, recipes from my website eloiseemmett.com. Later on I will serve my famous fish chowder with fresh baked bread.

My children Maggie and Stephanie will be there selling Kiss biscuits and toffee apples too!

Chef Mark Rogers and I will be cooking dishes that he has contributed to The Tasmanian Pantry Cookbook and recipes from Seafood everyday in a relaxed and fun shared platter style dinner.

Celebrate the ‘Best in the world’ Seafood Everyday Dinner at Bangor shed-  Dunalley
To celebrate the recent awards Seafood Everyday has won at The gourmand World cookbook awards- Best Fish and Seafood book in Australia and best woman Chef cookbook and third Best Fish and Seafood cookbook in the world. We will serve 4 courses from Award Winning Seafood Everyday with a copy of the book $95 dinner only $68

Fresh baked bread with Ashbolt olive oil
Oysters topped with smoked salmon and creme fraiche
Pickled octopus with greek style salad
Macadamia crusted fish and beetroot chutney
Lemon tart

SAVE THE DATE-The Long Picnic at Port Arthur Historic site 

Inspired by how much fun we had making the cover photo for The Tasmanian Pantry Cookbook!! This child and family friendly ‘sit on the grass picnic style lunch’ will be cooked from recipes from The Real Food for Kids cook book, please bring a cushion if you need.

Prices and bookings to be confirmed closer to the date

This will be a lovely picnic with the kids favourite foods: sandwich roulades, sushi, pasties, fruit, kiss biscuits, apple cakes, coconut loaf . Hot drinks and other drinks can be purchased on site.

SAVE THE DATE -THE TASMANIAN PANTRY BOOK LAUNCH

Friday 1st December Fullers Bookstore 5pm for a 5.30 start, but I can confirm I will cook up a storm from recipes from the book to taste and find some delicious drinks to serve with them!!

I am really excited about these events, there will be book sales and signings at them all and  I hope to see you there!! Please share so your friends don’t miss out!!  There will be a few more added along the way and more next year!

I am also organising some workshops, I have had people enquire about: DSLR camera operation introduction, food styling,  phone photography and editing, self publishing, social media management for business. I’m thinking of offering “Sunday Lunch” style 3-4 hour  sessions from my home in Eaglehawk Neck. This will keep the price affordable and we can make them children friendly, partners welcome (I will even cook them lunch too!) to make it really  easy to attend . I will rope some experts in to teach the workshops and I will cook a feast!!  What do you think? please let friends know who would be keen (and make sure you are signed up to y website to receive notifications when I post so you are the first to know).
