Indulgence Weekends 2019


I will be cooking up a storm of local produce for Indulgence package weekends at our accomodation and Event House, Little Norfolk Bay Events and Chalets in 2019. If you like the idea of a quiet weekend away with delicious food and some time to explore the Tasman Peninsula with and a special 7 course dinner in the Saturday evening, dining privately in the event House with a maximum of 3 other couples, then this is the weekend for you!

Weekend Indulgence package 2019 
*2 nights in a luxury spa chalet
*Sparkling wine and canapes on arrival
*Simple home style meal left in your chalet for Friday night
*7 course degustation dinner in the event house on the Saturday night, created from the best and freshest Tasman Peninsula produce available on the day.
*Lazy Sunday breakfast in the event house

$680 per couple for 2 nights including dinners and wine

Menus will be seasonal,  and sourced from the best local produce available including Brendan’s fresh catch of the day. This may include trevally, octopus, squid, trumpeter, shark, parrot fish, dory, boar fish, flathead  or yellow fin tuna. We also source locally farmed quail, beef, pork, chicken, goat, lamb, wallaby, venison, rabbit and farmed salmon, oysters and mussels, fresh fruit and vegetables grown by Eloise and Brendan and sourced locally. Eloise makes all her own breads, pickles, ferments, preserves, pastries and jams, menus created daily with the best seasonal produce it may look something like:

Friday night, ready for you when you arrive, Seafood pie and salad with canapes such as smoked salmon blinis and a bottle of Bream Creek Sparkling


Saturday Dinner in the event room:
Home-made sourdough and local olive oil
Oysters with a sweet and sour shallot dressing

Pickled Pirates Bay octopus with Tongola Curdy and olives
Salmon tartare, peony capers and pickled cucumber
Grilled Rannoch farm quail with a honey and mustard dressed pear salad
Slow-cooked rabbit with handmade fettuccini
Grilled Doo-Town venison with beetroot puree 
Rhubarb cream brulee


Saturday dinner includes matched local wines from Bream Creek, Bangor, Cape Bernier and Norfolk Bay Vineyards

Your lazy Sunday breakfast will include full cooked breakfast with good coffee, tea and fruit juice served in the Event House or delivered to your room.
