Tasmanian Food Experiences

I am a chef and photographer living on the Tasman Peninsula in Tasmania. I have worked in the hospitality and Tourism industry for over 25 years mostly in Tasmanian. I am passionate about Tasmania and all the excellent produce we have available, this page of my website is all about that! I’m lucky enough to have some guest chefs popping in to my website from time to time to share their own original recipes. What I love to the most is set up a picnic in a orchard, a sunrise breakfast at the tessellated pavement, a visit to a oyster farm to shuck some oysters, fancy outdoor dinner parties under fairy lights and long table lunches in the middle of the vineyard!
