I am a chef and photographer living on the Tasman Peninsula in Tasmania. I have worked in the hospitality and Tourism industry for over 25 years mostly in Tasmanian. I am passionate about Tasmania and all the excellent produce we have available, this page of my website is all about that!

What I love to the most is set up a picnic in a orchard, a sunrise breakfast at the tessellated pavement, a visit to a oyster farm to shuck some oysters, fancy outdoor dinner parties under fairy lights and long table lunches in the middle of the vineyard!
