Hope you had a great Christmas break -if you got one. Thanks for all of you that purchased my new book I am loving seeing your cooking! There are copies of the first print run left if you have not got your copy if you order from my website postage is included in Australia. I am  cooking a lot from the new book but like mist school holidays the recipes in The Real Food for Kids cookbook are cooked often to entertain the kids.

Cooking Retreat Dates for 2021

My Cooking Retreats have been very well received in the past so this year we are doing another two cooking retreats, seafood and bread baking. Our guests book with their partner, with friend or on their own to meet new friends, always a fun weekend. The weekends are brilliant for that cooking that can not be covered in the day workshops, sourdough and croissants at the baking retreat and a seafood feast for everyday cooking and special occasions.

Bread Baking  Retreat-JULY Friday 16th to Sunday 18th

Indulgence Weekends

We love cooking up a storm of local produce for our much loved Indulgence package weekends at our accommodation and Event House, Little Norfolk Bay Events and Chalets. If you like the idea of a quiet weekend away with most of your meals and drinks included and  time to explore the Tasman Peninsula with and a special 7 course dinner in the Saturday evening, dining privately in the event House with a maximum of 3 other couples, then this is the weekend for you!

“Indulgence weekend is a must! What an amazing weekend getaway! We arrived Friday afternoon to our beautiful unit. Great king size bed and the luxury of a spa! What a joy to find a bottle of Tasmanian sparkling rose waiting for us along with homemade salmon rilletes, pate and apple paste, with crackers and cheese. A beautiful fish pie in our fridge to 

reheat at our leisure for supper. Breakfast provisions were also provided with gorgeous homemade bread and jams. We spent a day exploring the area, so much to see and do. A light lunch at the Lavender Farm at Port Arthur sufficed as we knew we had a 7 course degustation with matched wines coming our way for dinner. The care and thoughtfulness that went in to this meal was shown on the plate…every one a stand out!
